HEAT PUMP ENGINEER - RENEWABLES MANUFACTURER

  • Are you a Gas Engineer, Heating Engineer, F Gas Engineer, Air Conditioning Engineer, HVAC Engineer or  Renewables Engineer?
  • Do you have heating system & heat pump knowledge?

A manufacturer of Renewable Heating products which include; Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar, Cylinders & Heat Recovery heating solutions, are seeking a Heat Pump Engineer to support their products.

The Position

Based from home, you will be cover a region representing the company, undertaking repairs on a range of ASHP, Heat Pumps & Heat Recovery products. This includes;

  • Fault finding on Heat Pumps
  • Diagnose system problems and advise accordingly
  • Write electronic reports
  • Communication with clients and colleagues
  • Maintain your vehicle & stock to company requirements 

The Person

You may be a Gas Engineer with Heat Pump experience OR a F-Gas Refrigeration Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer interested in moving into the renewable energy sector, whilst plumbing or heating experience would be an advantage.

Essential;

  • Heat Pump knowledge/experience
  • Heating system knowledge
  • Faultfinding & Multi-meter experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Self motivated, able to work on own initiative
  • Able to manage van stock & work load
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Happy to work across a the Northern & Scottish borders region
  • Safe Handling Refrigerants (Advantage)

You will be quality driven, customer focused and possess excellent communication skills, a friendly, courteous manner and the determination to meet and exceed customer requirements. Full product training will be provided to the successful candidate.

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Basic starting at £42k rising to £45240 after probation
