- Perhaps you’re a Field Service Engineer looking to move into an office based Technical Advisor Engineer role?
- Do you have an interest in coffee technology and can deliver technical support?
We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our office based engineer support team and play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving coffee machine issues, supporting our field based Service & Repair Engineers.
Your Role:
Based in our Bury offices, you will be providing technical support to our field based engineers & customers, predominantly via phone & email.
Your electrical or electronic fault finding experience coupled to in-house training, will enable you to understand our clients coffee machines, and with all the technical information on your PC, it will ensure that you all can support those in the field.
- Technical Troubleshooting – Work with customers and field engineers to diagnose and resolve coffee machine issues.
- Escalate Technical Issues – Collaborate with the service & training team to identify recurring issues.
- Knowledge Sharing – Keep the team updated and stay ahead of new machine releases & development.
Your Experience:
- Able to understand schematic diagrams
- A knowledge of electrical or electronic equipment fault-finding
- Coffee Machine or Vending Machine experience would be an advantage – but not essential
- Strong Communication skills – verbal & written
- PC literate – able to use Email, Word, etc
Hours & Remuneration:
- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am to 5pm
