Start Monday is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join a dynamic Supported Living Service in Folkestone. If you're looking for a meaningful role where you can truly make a difference, this is the opportunity for you!

Our client is committed to supporting a small group of incredible adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of helping these amazing individuals thrive by encouraging their independence, building life skills, and ensuring they live the life they choose.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide compassionate care and support in a comfortable, home-like environment.
  • Promote autonomy, inclusion, and positive outcomes for service users with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Help with day-to-day tasks, fostering personal growth and independence in the individuals you support.
  • Engage with service users in a way that helps them achieve their personal goals, ensuring they feel empowered and supported at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • You’re passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have over a year of experience working in care.
  • You have a genuine interest in working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • You’re dedicated, caring, and proactive, with a natural ability to help others grow and thrive.

Package & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package up to £31,000 (inclusive of sleeps).
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week with alternate weekends and 3 sleeps per week.
