Junior Sous Chef - Street Style Kitchen and Bar, East London
Role Overview:
Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards. Deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence. Work with a dynamic kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Flexible, including evenings and weekends.
Salary: Up to £35,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Junior Sous, or similar role.
Creative flair for recipe development.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Food safety certification.
Ability to work under pressure as it is a fast paced environment.
Location: East London (waterfront location).
