A Residential Care Worker is currently being sought to join a team at a Children's Home in the Sittingbourne area.
Residential Care Worker SUMMARY:
To maintain the development of positive childcare practice in line with the aims and objectives of the company, by providing a safe, warm and supportive environment for all residents. This includes physical, social and emotional care and support for programmes designed to promote the emotional well-being of the children and young people cared for. To carry out duties in line with my clients policies and equal opportunities. This is a Senior role and you may be expected to work supervised or unsupervised, you must be a team player and be a good communicator.
The role of Residential Care Worker is a 39 hour week on a rota basis (minimum of 45 per week) and there will also be two sleeps per week.
A competitive salary package is offered up to £25,000 is offered for the role of Residential Care Worker.
